A thriving business born from lockdown, South London based Head Chef Oli, wasn’t one for twiddling his thumbs, waiting for his restaurant to reopen. Oli took matters into his own hands and created these tasty little bechamel-based croquettes with punchy flavours, refining the ingredients with real customer feedback until he landed on something really special.
